Real Estate Industry Accreditations, Associations, and Affiliations
IMC holds many accreditations related to the multifamily industry, ranging from Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) to site-level Certified Pool Operator (CPO). All of our maintenance supervisors carry their EPA Certification and Electrical Maintenance Certification.
Also, IMC is associated with the National Apartment Association (NAA), the Texas Apartment Association (TAA), the San Antonio Apartment Association (SAAA), and the Houston Apartment Association (HAA). Our president served on the San Antonio Apartment Association Board of Directors and is currently serving on the government affairs committee. She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
